Mental wellness is the future.

Let us help you get there.
our mission

To crush the stigma that surrounds mental health and connect people with the mental wellness tools, therapy and education they need to live happier and fuller lives.

Education

Through educating and engaging in vulnerable conversations we can break down the stigma that surrounds mental illness. Check out some of our resources from the leading voices in mental healthcare.

Self-Compassion

What if we told you that you could love and accept yourself while also striving to be better? Self-improvement is way more effective (and enjoyable) when it is driven by self-compassion rather than self-criticism.

Accessibility

Everyone should have free or low-cost unfiltered access to mental health tools, information, and resources that can help them understand and tackle their own mental health. Our providers publish educational content in addition to providing 1-on-1 care.

Dr. Melissa Shepard

Dr. Melissa Shepard on starting Boldly Human:

“Over the past several years I’ve been working on my own private practice and creating social media content that centers around mental health education and advocacy. Since starting, I’ve seen how big the need is for mental wellness resources.

I decided to put together an incredible team that can offer treatment and education to more people. We’ve named this newest venture Boldly Human because our goal is to empower you to live a bold and authentic life that aligns with your values. “

Everyone deserves access to mental healthcare

We believe the best things in life are free, and that should always include mental health education. Check out our thousands(!) of free mental health articles and videos.
